Great Insight from Experienced and New Officers
As one about to enter police academy in a big metro, it’s great to hear the real side of law enforcement!

You Jumpstarted My Career
This podcast solidified my want to be an officer. I came to this podcast honestly to find a reason that would make me not want to do the job, I wanted to hear the worst of the worst about the job to know if I truly wanted this or not. This podcast is why I’m applying now. Highly recommend for people on the fence to listen to this podcast. My Girl friend was a “all cops are bad cops” kind of person when we met, she now has completely changed her opinion and supports me 100%. This podcast helped me find a way to express the necessity of the job and the medias assault on society by making police the enemy. I am now compiling a list of episodes I think really hit home for her to listen to.

Great podcast
I can tell you why Gavin newsom is taking away good laws to help cops, he’s a anti cop democrat clown.

One of my favorites!
This review is long overdue as I have listened to every episode! Each podcast is unique as everyone has a different story to tell. I tend to lean left of center so this is a great insight of what I typically don’t hear or read in the mainstream media. Keep up the great work, Abby!

Great listen
Interesting and thoughtful conversations between a citizen and police officers. Does a great job at giving citizens a peak behind the curtain as to what being a cop looks like.

Unique and moving podcast, expertly done
These interviews are revealing and fascinating, conducted with a mix of warmth, ease and sheer respect you don’t come across often, even when the subject is less complex. You don’t have to live in or near Seattle to find these perspectives enlightening and relevant. A real find.

Thanks for the support
Just started listening. And have to say thank you for all of the support on showing perspectives and allowing a voice of your guests. As an active LEO in Texas I greatly appreciate your show. Keep it up.

Thank you!
This is a great podcast and a heartwarming reminder to cops that there are still plenty of people out there that love and support us. I’ve been a cop for over 19 years and have worked a variety of assignments over those years spanning across the ranks of Deputy - Lieutenant It’s great to hear some of the first hand accounts of my brothers and sisters out there that humanize the profession. Please keep up the great work, you have a new loyal listener. Drew Breasy sent me.

I’ve listened to a couple of these interviews. Have found them very insightful. My overall impression of those being interviewed is the sincerity of each one. They speak from their hearts and the love for the office they serve comes through with everything they have to say. I don’t think they sugar coat any of the experiences they have gone through; good or bad. They come across as genuine and with the utmost respect for their job and others. It is not phony banter. They are quite special individuals and considerate of those who must be lawfully dealt with but still feel the need to be as respectful to them as much as the situation allows. — Toni S.

A Different Perspective
Abby does an amazing job by showing a completely different side of law enforcement then what is seen in main stream media. She has guests who have been in the trenches and can speak to their experiences and give the listener a perspective that perhaps they've never considered. I love listening to her guests as they come from all backgrounds, locations and demographics... and their stories are real! Always entertaining, you'll enjoy these stories.

A light for turbulent and troubled times
What Abby is doing with this podcast is noble - helping people to see the humanity in us all, especially law enforcement officers. She lifts the veil and helps us to see past the media hype and inflammatory rhetoric of social media to view the women and men of law enforcement as fellow human beings, worthy of the dignity and respect we all owe each other.

Hi. Abby here. I received an email from a listener who wrote this after the first two episodes. She gave me her permission to post: “I’ve listened to a couple of these interviews.
